By using Filmclub Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Filmclub Manager is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for data loss or any other consequences arising from the use of this beta service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of content you create (club names, screening notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us the right to store and process this content to provide the service.
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Harm, harass, or impersonate other users
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Scrape or copy content using automated means
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany.
